The cleansing process takes way too long to do. I had no specific benefits other than gas. Not worth it.

I wouldn’t waste the money on this product. I take a tablespoon of regular fiber in the am and pm, and it works just as good as this.

This product was alright but I was expecting a bit more since this was my second time using Cellular Research Formulals. I had purchased the product my first time around from a television add and was extremely happy with it. This second order just seems to be lacking something it’s NOT the same but the cost of the item is much less and the tab count is also less. Go figure!!!

well i tried this system as a start to my new diet, new work-out, new ME. It took me two days before anything “released”, and trust me it was far from RELIEF. I feel that the pills did all the opposite for me. i was constipated all the time, which lead to a bloated feeling. I also DEVELOPED gas. I am not a “gas passer” on the regular, and although it claimed anti-gas agents, I DEVELOPED gas while I was on it. By the eighth day I couldn’t take it- I had to take a laxative (which provided overnight relief). Not worth it- I quit on the program after day 10. My boyfriend on the other hand (who did it also) said it worked for him! maybe they need to develop a male and female version b/c IT SUCKED!!! next time i’ll do the recommended almighty cleanse who had visible results within a two week span for my FEMALE friend. WHAT A WASTE
