smoothie detox I used to lose 50lbs
*Talk to a Doctor before you start any weight loss regimen* This is just what I did. My smoothies consist of:
1 cup of frozen fruit
Psyllium husk 1 tablespoon each (2 a day)
ground flaxseed 1 tablespoon each
Protein powder 1-2 scoops each
6 oz juice (100% juice) I like Naked and Odwalla brands
water as needed(if its to thick add to break it down some)
ice
I did this for about a month and a half and I did workout 30 minutes a day 6 days a week just dancing around and 40 situps. When I got off I slowly brought solids back in and didnt scare my system with junk(at first I didnt)
