Showing you how I apply my mud/clay mask. I try to do a mud mask treatment every week because it deep cleans my skin and keeps the blackheads and whiteheads at bay. Mud masks are great for detoxifying and firming your skin. Why go to the spa to get a facial when you can do it right at home?

You don’t necessarily have to use the exact same masks I use. Some people use straight dead sea clay for this! Do your research to find which type of mud masks are suitable for your skin type.
